Terms of Use
Effective October 31, 2026
Who we are
CarrierProspect is run from 817 S MacArthur Blvd, Ste 115 #1040, Coppell, TX 75019. You can reach us at hello@carrierprospect.com. By requesting a list or using this site you agree to these terms.
What the service is
CarrierProspect emails lists of Texas trucking carriers compiled from public Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) records. You can ask for a free sample and a free weekly update for four weeks. Nothing is charged and no card is collected.
How you may use the lists
The lists are for your own business prospecting. Please don't resell them, republish them, or share them as a data product. When you contact a carrier, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, Texas telemarketing rules, CAN-SPAM, and any insurance licensing and solicitation rules.
About the data
The lists come from public records. Those records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and a carrier's situation may have changed since it was filed. The lists are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Renewal dates are not included, because public filings don't show them. CarrierProspect is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation. Nothing on this site or in our emails is insurance, legal or financial advice.
Founding spots
Reserving a founding spot is not a purchase. No card is collected, nothing is charged and you have no obligation. If a paid plan starts, we will email you the price and terms first, and you decide whether to sign up.
Emails
We email you only after you confirm your address. Every email has a one click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply with the word stop.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, CarrierProspect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may change or stop the service or these terms at any time. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
