Who we are

What we collect

The work email you enter, the counties and fleet sizes you pick, and whether you want the weekly update. The times you requested a list, confirmed your email, joined or left the weekly update, or reserved a founding spot. A one way scrambled form of your network address, used only to stop abuse; we don't keep the address itself. We count page visits without cookies.

How we use it

To send the confirmation, sample and weekly emails you ask for, to tell you about the service, such as before a paid plan starts, and to prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. Two service providers handle it on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database, and Resend, which delivers our emails. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising trackers.

Carrier records

The lists we send contain public business records about motor carriers, taken from FMCSA. If you are a carrier and think a record is wrong, the correction has to be made with FMCSA; we update from their records daily.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use the service and until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email marked as unsubscribed so we don't email you again.

Unsubscribe from any email in one click. Email us to get a copy of your information or to have it deleted.

Children

CarrierProspect is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
